Campion School is seeking a strong, tenacious and personable candidate to join our Senior Leadership Team and who can fulfil the role of an Assistant Headteacher - Pastoral at Campion School.

The successful candidate will make a strong contribution to increase capacity at a leadership level to meet the future needs of the School. The role also provides leadership development experience that will be grown within United Learning Trust.

The postholder will work to support the Headteacher in achieving the strategic vision of the school. This important role is designed to provide the successful candidate with a range of career enhancing opportunities to develop an existing skill set through areas of agreed school improvement work whilst offering a range of support that prepares you for future next steps in your leadership journey. 

This is a rewarding role and the successful candidate will work closely with all stakeholders in order to support our high expectations. Therefore, high levels of communication skills and emotional intelligence are essential for the position.
