What do I do if my child is unwell
If your child is unwell you must notify us on the first day of absence and then on every morning of subsequent absence.
State the name and form group of your child and inform us of the nature of the illness.
Tell us how long you expect them to be absent and whether your child has seen their GP or another appointment for a specialist service has been made.

Please note we do not have a 48 hour sickness rule. We leave it to parental discretion as to whether a student is well enough for school.
Medical appointments should be made out of school hours.
Where this is not possible, students should attend at least one session (morning or afternoon) dependant on appointment time. Please ensure you keep the school up to date regarding any appointments.
