Year 9 Booster Vaccination

Re Yr. 9 Booster Vaccination
We have been asked by Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS trust to contact our Year 9 parent /carer with regard to the teenage booster vaccinations. DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Polio) and Men ACWY (Meningitis ACWY), that was due to take place this month.
Due to current Covid19 Government restrictions and Schools being closed the Year 9 Teenage Booster vaccinations for your child are going to now be delivered by the Immunisation team in clinic setting across the County.
Should Covid19 restrictions and Schools open after half term, the Immunisation Team will arrange new dates to continue the vaccinations at Campion School.
The Immunisation team will be ringing you direct to arrange a convenient date and time that is suitable for you to take along you child to one of the clinics.

The NHS consent form should however, still be completed and submitted (if not already and no later than 29th January 2021), direct to the Nursing Team to allow your child to receive the vaccination).
