Provision for vulnerable students and students of critical workers

Dear Parents/Carers

As you are now aware, schools will be closed to most students up to and including 12th February at which point the government are reviewing restrictions.  Campion School is open to students of critical workers (critical workers) and vulnerable children(vulnerable children and young people).  If you meet any of these criteria and require provision in school please could you email confirming:

  • your child’s name, year and tutor group
  • dates required
  • whether this is a keyworker or vulnerable provision, and under which category
  • whether school transport is required on the days your child attends provision and if so, which bus they catch, and which stop they get on and off at.  This information is requested by Northamptonshire County Council.

This email will be checked throughout the working day but the latest requests for next day provision have to be received by 3.30 pm.  This is to ensure we have the adequate ratio of staffing to supervise the students.  Therefore, any requests that are received after 3.30 pm on a school day cannot be allocated a place for the next day.

For those parents who have already requested provision we do not require you to confirm this again unless there are amendments to your requirements.

Yours sincerely

The Senior Leadership Team
