Complaints Procedure

Campion School prides itself in taking all concerns seriously. We aim to resolve all queries informally in the first instance and ask you to get in touch by phone or email to enable us to resolve your concern informally where possible. You can also use the enquiry form for submitting quick queries or matters of complaint.
Where a formal complaint needs to be made, please read our attached policy carefully and complete the form provided. This must be returned to the Complaints officer at school, Dawn Hilder
