Campion School is seeking to recruit an outstanding Deputy Headteacher with overall responsibility for Teaching and Learning.

The successful candidate is likely to be an existing senior educational leader – a Deputy Headteacher or an outstanding Assistant Headteacher - with significant skills, knowledge and experience of leading teaching and learning. In order to have acquired the necessary sound judgement, experience and skill set, we envisage that a current Assistant Headteacher is likely to have been in post for at least three years and will have a proven track record of improvement for the quality of teaching at their current school.
This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious person to use their leadership skills and continue to drive forward the success of the school to create the best possible educational opportunities for our young people at Campion. The post would suit a strategic thinker with expertise in teaching and learning, high quality assessment strategies and raising standards.
